eheh no seriously u so didnt boss me around, or at least i didnt take it that wayt so no worries

Im in France for the moments and didnt really find time for the concept sheet…Im still thinking about it but dont have anything written down. Lets say we are a bit late on schedule but that shouldnt be a problem before few weeks (not that i mean we should wait weeks…) Im going to paris in two days so Ill try to find some exhibition space…then get in touch with u when im in china around the 6th hopefully.

i didnt check cu online so i have no id about the marks yet…ill go have a look right now

Ok dont freak out… I know it s pretty last minute before you r going, it s not too much of a big deal

I won t have time to write something really elaborate today im affraid

What we can do is, your presentation will be the powerpoint you sent, I will put it in shape so that all what you did is clear and recognizable and that ll be your part. Then I ll develop on my imaginary researches  that i will include in the presentation, i ll record your text myself at home and just include it in the presentation

is it fine with u?

Ok…my mistake, the proposal was attached, I just didn’t manage to open it on my mac (im still not used to it, arg)

As i told you in the text message, thank you for the good work, it is really convincing!

I just think of few modifications but I cannot add it myself to the proposal (pc / mac compatibility seems not to be what they pretend)

*description of project and subject matter : we talked about going to both cities each, I thought it was still the plan…do we still 

*follow that idea? or shall we stick to the city we don’t know ?

*context : ?? I will see jonathan shaw tomorrow and ask for explanations, I can add it last minute at uni with his help

*target audience : anyone who like nice photography ??

*Resources : Canon EOS 350D for me (doesn’t really make a difference). 

 By ‘objectives’ did you mean ‘lens’ ? 

 Maybe it is worth mentioning the softwares as well, since it is for an exhibition we will shoot in RAW (takes more space on the memory card but the result is really worth it) and we will need photoshop with camera raw plugin or any other software for raw editing (you should have the canon one in your kit)

*Human resources : For the pictures we will only need ourselves obviously, maybe we should mention people linked to the exhibition : “anyone in relation with the exhibition (curators, gallery staff)” But it is pretty obscure for the moment since we don’t really know how it will be organized…

*Costs : travel costs : between 500 and 1000 € (one trip around 250€, one or two trips each)

    printing costs : between 200 and 300 € for 100 to 200 exhibition booklets

 unknown number of final images yet, unknown support or printing form yet  : estimated between 5 to 20 € for each final photograph (depending on size)

—> I really don’t have a clue about that, it seems that these prices are credible regarding the printing bureau costs at the uni, but it depends on so many things…

—> We might try and find some funding from different organizations. Since our countries are working hard for the french-german relationships it should not be too hard. I will browse the french organizations that might be willing to help our project. We will have to design a stronger proposal to convince these organizations, I ll design a ‘PR-like’ one on the basis of this one.

I think we should have an exhibition in France as well…so I ll try my best to find some ppl or places who might be interested in the project.

We need a precise timeline for ourselves, registering all the deadlines, objectives and processes. I ll start working on it asap but no worries its not for tomorrow. I ll send you a version for when you get back from France.

Tell me what you think of all this if you want before you add it to the proposal. If you don’t have time just write me a quick mail validating (or not) my ideas, putting some precisions when necessary and your bibliography as well, I can add it tomo at the uni right after I talk with JS.

When are you leaving exactly?
As for skype, I am always connected so it might be the more convenient for us!

I am leaving saturday morning for france, and I ll stay in Lyon for a week…If I have time to come in Paris this weekend I ll let you know (if you keep your phone with you…?) but it seems pretty complicated to organize now, since it’s not on my way back home.
